Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Human Factors Specialist Lead to join our team in Barnstaple, Bristol, or Frome, with a mix of office and home-based working. This role will play a critical part in the success of our organisation.

The Role

As a Senior Human Factors Integration Engineer at SEA, you will take responsibility for the human systems input across various projects. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice on human factors integration to project teams

- Conduct thorough analysis of human performance and cognitive workload

- Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop user-centred solutions

- Develop and maintain human factors standards and guidelines

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field

- Proven experience in human factors engineering or a related field

- Strong understanding of human performance and cognitive psychology

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
