Nuclear Human Factors Consultant

Risktec Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Senior Nuclear Human Factors Expert to support our nuclear projects.

About the Role

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, ranging from £60,000 to £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, life insurance, and pension scheme.

Job Description

We require a highly experienced Human Factors Specialist with a strong background in the nuclear industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Human Factors or a related subject.
  • Chartered status as a Human Factors Specialist (C.ErgHF).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in applied human factors in the nuclear sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical human factors support to colleagues and clients, working in areas such as human factors integration, HMI design and assessment, safety culture and competence management, and training development and delivery.
