About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Oral-B Oral Care Field Team in Greater Manchester. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales and growth of our oral health care products in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and key customers to drive product adoption and recommendation.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers and dental professionals to increase product knowledge and usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements
- Passion for customer service and selling, with a strong relationship-building and service-minded attitude.
- Positive attitude and a growth mindset, with a desire to learn and develop as a subject matter expert.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks to achieve targets in a fast-changing environment.
- Valid driving license for the UK.
