About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Oral-B Oral Care Field Team in Greater Manchester. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving the usage and recommendation of Oral-B products among dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including product demonstrations, samples, and educational lunch meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Passion for customer service and selling, with a strong relationship-building and service-minded attitude.
- Positive attitude and a growth mindset, with a desire to learn and develop as a subject matter expert.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment.
- Valid driving license for the UK.
