We are looking for a seasoned Strategic Change Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Strategy and Business Change pillar, you will be responsible for driving strategic change and working closely with senior leaders to ensure the success of our Transformation Programme.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in strategy or delivery, especially in large-scale agile Transformation or Change projects/programmes. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and expert Microsoft Office skills (particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

Some of your key responsibilities will include continuously assessing the Programme strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives, supporting the definition of future business vision, and managing day-to-day requests from Group, the UK Board, and Programme Executives/Sponsors.

You will also build relationships with leaders and peers across Group and the Programme areas to mitigate risks and issues aligned to key strategic topics. Additionally, you will engage with Business and Change Functions to provide an overview of Programme direction and objectives, ensuring alignment and prioritization of change activities.

In terms of technical skills, you will require strong communication, influencing, and relationship management skills, as well as a strong understanding of Allianz UK Business Areas and industry trends. A strong commercial awareness and knowledge of the UK insurance market is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
