About the Role

You'll support the Transformation Programme in articulating the need for change, working closely with key stakeholders across the business and IT. You'll contribute to delivering a varied portfolio of work while building effective relationships across all levels.

  • Support the scoping of change initiatives required for the Transformation Programme, working within the Business Analysis Framework.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation to elicit, define, and manage business requirements, ensuring clear end-to-end traceability.
  • Support the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders.

Our salary range is £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, with excellent benefits including 25 days' holiday & bank holidays, annual performance-related bonus, and more.
