About the Role

The purpose of this role is to manage customer analytics and insights across Europe, focusing on understanding customer behavior and analyzing data to uncover valuable insights. You will work closely with the Loyalty Program Manager and other stakeholders to develop strategies that optimize our loyalty program and drive deeper customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze customer data from various sources, including loyalty program activity, CRM systems, website and app analytics, marketing campaigns, and social media interactions.
  • Customer Insights: Segment customers based on relevant criteria and identify key personas for targeted omnichannel initiatives.
  • Reporting and Communication: Develop and present regular reports and presentations on loyalty program performance and customer insights, highlighting the omnichannel perspective to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, preferably in a marketing or customer experience context, with exposure to omnichannel data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into actionable stories for diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
