Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our successful team as an Office Receptionist.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients, and telephone callers.

You will address enquiries and provide information over the phone, in person, and via email, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all.

Additionally, you will assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining confidential data, document management, and general office duties.

Requirements

We are looking for a team-player with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Previous experience in a Reception/Admin role is essential, and experience working in accountancy is an advantage.

Applicants should be able to take up a new position in Truro within the next 4-5 weeks.
