Administrative Officer for HM Courts and Tribunals Service

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at HM Courts and Tribunals Service in Truro. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating the progression of cases through the court and providing vital support to various functions within HMCTS.
Key Responsibilities:
* File Preparation: Create electronic files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
* Document Production: Generate necessary court documents to support legal proceedings.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle general photocopying, filing, and post opening/dispatch.
* Data Management: Create and update records in our in-house computer system, ensuring accurate data input.
* Communication: Address a variety of telephone enquiries with professionalism and clarity.
