About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Officer at HM Courts and Tribunals Service in Truro.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage electronic files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
  • Produce necessary court documents to support legal proceedings.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and post opening/dispatch.
  • Manage data records in our in-house computer system, ensuring accurate data input.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including members of the Judiciary and legal professionals.

  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
