About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) in Truro. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in facilitating the progression of cases through the court and providing essential support to various functions within HMCTS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create electronic files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
  • Generate necessary court documents to support legal proceedings.
  • Handle general photocopying, filing, and post opening/dispatch.
  • Create and update records in our in-house computer system, ensuring accurate data input.
  • Address a variety of telephone enquiries with professionalism and clarity.
