Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the marketing efforts for our B2B product, Pay, and our Institutional business, Institutional. You will be responsible for generating leads, supporting branding, and owning Blockchain's presence at key industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns for Pay, leveraging your expertise in B2B marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
  • Nurturing & Lead Qualifying: Collaborate with Pay and Institutional sales teams to set up effective nurture campaigns through Salesforce, ensuring seamless lead qualification and conversion.
  • Event Marketing: Assist with branding and promotional activities for Blockchain at industry events, developing and managing event collateral materials, and coordinating logistics for event participation.
  • Marketing Support: Provide support to the broader Marketing Team with various ad-hoc projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing or sales support role, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience in branding and/or product marketing, with a proven track record of success in generating leads and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, prospective clients, and members of our community.
  • Event Management: Proven experience in organizing events of varying scales, including small community events focused on user feedback and cultivating an engaged audience.
  • Creativity and marketing design skills, with the ability to produce high-quality marketing assets using existing templates and design tools.
  • Copywriting: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy, and experience in writing compelling marketing content across different channels.
  • Passion for Crypto: A genuine passion for the cryptocurrency industry, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments, and the ability to create impactful marketing campaigns.
