We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restructuring Advisory Administrator to join our National Corporate Simplification Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality advisory services to our clients, ensuring their commercial success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of orderly wind downs, corporate reorganisation assignments, and members voluntary liquidation appointments across a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Work closely with other team members to plan and execute assignments, and potentially manage appropriate cases as required.
  • Develop solutions alongside the Partner/Director and other RSM staff to address client challenges.
  • Ensure timely completion of CEAP and monitor the profitability and recoverability of work in progress.
  • Liaise with shareholders, directors, and other interested parties throughout any assignment.

Personal and Professional Qualities:

  • Previous experience in client handling and Restructuring Advisory/Members Voluntary Liquidations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a commercial outlook.
  • Proven communication skills due to internal and external client contact.
  • Commitment to high-quality delivery within agreed timeframes.
