Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restructuring Advisory Professional to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our National Corporate Simplification team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assignment Delivery: Complete assignments in accordance with RSM's standard procedures and statutory obligations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to plan and execute assignments, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and providing practical advice on orderly wind-down scenarios.
  • Project Management: Assist in the completion of engagement letters, ancillary documents, and KPIs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that clients receive a quality service in all respects.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Assist in marketing activities and promote the national service line both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Previous experience in client handling and commercial restructuring, with a strong commercial outlook and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications: CPI qualified or equivalent, with a strong understanding of Restructuring Advisory and Members Voluntary Liquidations.
  • Time Management: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Communication: Proven communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
