We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restructuring Advisory Administrator to join our National Corporate Simplification Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality advisory services to our clients, ensuring their success in times of change and uncertainty.



In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of orderly wind downs, corporate reorganisation assignments, and members voluntary liquidation appointments across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with other team members to plan and execute assignments, and potentially manage appropriate cases as required.



Key responsibilities include:



  • Completing assignments in accordance with RSM's standard procedures and relevant statutory obligations.


  • Working closely with the National Corporate Simplification team to provide training and support to junior staff within the team.


  • Assisting with the completion of and seeking approval of engagement letters and ancillary documents.


  • Ensuring assigned diary lines are completed within the deadline.


  • Inputting data onto internal systems, IPS and Virtual Cabinet.


  • General case administration, including raising bills.


  • Members Voluntary Liquidation experience preferred, with further opportunities to develop skills in this area.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Strong organisational and time management skills essential.



Personal and professional qualities required include:



  • Previous experience in client handling.


  • Experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Members Voluntary Liquidations in a similar role, with CPI qualification an advantage.


  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a strong commercial outlook.


  • Proven communication skills due to internal and external client contact.


  • Commitment to high-quality delivery within agreed timeframes.


  • Interest in promoting the national service line both internally and externally.
