Porcelanosa SA is seeking an exceptional Region XTone Sales Lead to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships across the region.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the sintered mineral compact industry and contribute to the success of our XTone product line. You will have the chance to build relationships with key stakeholders, leverage your knowledge of the retail kitchen industry, and drive business growth through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and market share for XTone in the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns that support business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market insights.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
