Responsibilities:
* Achieve a monthly revenue target of £40-52K (OTE) in the first year
* Deliver month-on-month pipeline growth through effective lead generation and conversion
* Meet monthly meeting targets with prospective clients
* Convert inbound marketing leads into profitable business opportunities
* Develop a robust sales plan detailing outbound activity, lead conversion, pipeline assessment, etc
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements and Skills:
* Proven working experience in a customer-facing sales environment
* Proven sales track record in a targeted environment
* Some Recruitment knowledge would be an advantage
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
Benefits:
