About the RoleWe are looking for a talented marketing professional to develop and implement our marketing strategy, working closely with our team of marketing and communications specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative marketing plans, managing our marketing budget, and overseeing the development of our brand and communications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in marketing, with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and leading teams. They will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve the Institute's 5-year strategic goals and annual performance targets.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving desired outcomes.
- Oversee the development of our brand and communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with our strategic goals.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing and communications specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their continued professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment with our strategic goals.
