About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team at the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education (ICE). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and leading the marketing function's operational strategy to achieve our 5-year strategic goals and annual performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive student enrolment growth and revenue generation across our diverse course portfolio.
  • Oversee a team of marketing and communications specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their continued professional development.
  • Resource planning, instilling professional standards, and robust, reliable, and transparent processes across the team.
  • Creation and delivery of an innovative and measurable marketing plan covering brand, paid campaigns, content, and communications.
  • Management of the Institute's marketing spend of approximately £500,000 per annum (excluding staff costs).
