The role of an Administrative Support Specialist at Greater Manchester Mental Health is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. As part of the North CMHT, you will be working closely with medical secretaries, consultants, clinicians, and team managers to ensure the smooth running of our services.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing excellent communication and organisational skills, using your administration and secretarial experience to work with initiative and sometimes under pressure. Your duties will include coordinating and facilitating the dissemination of information to and from the team, dealing efficiently, precisely, and courteously with telephone calls from service users as well as health professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
