Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd, based near Wolverhampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior paraplanners and financial advisers to support our existing client bank and assist in the process of taking on new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer client services, including making appointments and sending pre-meeting information.
  • Log and respond to client calls on Salesforce, maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare client meeting packs, generate reports, and input CFR documentation.
  • Liaise with external providers and companies to facilitate smooth client interactions.
  • Process fund switches, rebalances, and withdrawals, as well as prepare business submission documents.
  • Liaise with the Paraplanning team to ensure seamless client presentations and meetings.
  • Manage mailboxes, prioritize workload, and maintain a good knowledge of products offered.
  • Support team members and uphold client service charter standards.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education or equivalent work experience in an office environment.
