About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including uploading information onto our database, taking phone calls and screening, typing letters, emails and reports, and performing various other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Manage our database and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with meetings and events, including booking meetings and arranging travel
  • Perform various other administrative tasks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous office experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
