Your new company, Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established Accountancy Firm operating from the head office based within the BB postal area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading information onto the database, taking phone calls and screening, typing letters, emails, and reports, as well as photocopying and scanning documents.

Additionally, the Office Administrator will attend meetings, book meetings, and deal with secretarial and receptionist duties, including meeting and greeting clients.

To be successful in this position, you should have previous office experience, be self-motivated, positive, ambitious, hardworking, and flexible.

You will also need to be able to use Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied role, presenting a mix of routine tasks and duties alongside unpredictable daily challenges.

Working pattern is office-based Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.
