Job Title: Part Time Office Manager/PA

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Part Time Office Manager/PA to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Update our social media presence to showcase our company culture and values.
  2. Assist with bid writing and proposal development to help us secure new business opportunities.
  3. Organize and manage our diaries to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Provide general office administration support, including recruitment and HR tasks.
Requirements:
  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Highly proactive and able to work independently.
  3. Effective time management and organizational skills.
  4. Ideal experience within an architectural studio, but not essential.
