Part Time Facilities and Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part Time Facilities and Office Assistant. This role will provide general administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the team, including managing stationery orders and maintaining a well-stocked office.
  • Support the Office and Compliance Manager with office Health and Safety, including PAT testing and fire extinguisher testing.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, and work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure a clean and organized office environment.
  • Act as a Fire Marshall and First Aider, and provide IT support as needed.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
