Sales Director

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment sales and a proven ability to balance individual and team targets. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to drive revenue growth by developing their own client base while overseeing, motivating, and measuring the performance of a team of sales and business development consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in business development activities to win new clients and generate individual revenue, either within our existing sectors or by opening other niche sector divisions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage, support, and mentor a team of sales and business development consultants, ensuring they meet and exceed set KPIs and revenue targets.
- Implement processes to measure team performance and productivity, providing actionable feedback and setting development goals.
