Housed within the Hatched Recruitment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing and Services Manager to join our team in Rugby.
Key Responsibilities- Housing Management: Oversee the operational delivery of the Council's housing service, ensuring excellent, value for money, service delivery in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Team Leadership: Nurture the motivation and development of the teams, whilst being decisive in tackling behaviours which do not accord with our corporate values.
- Service Improvement: Understand the performance of the service and identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation and development, for the benefit of customers and to ensure a healthy Housing Revenue Account.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with elected members in compliance with the corporate Officer & Member protocol.
- Collaboration: Form part of the Homes and Communities Management Team, as well as the Corporate Management Team, and in doing so will be a key collaborative player in supporting the Council to achieve better outcomes for the people of Rugby.
