Housing Maintenance & Voids Surveyor

£33,726 - £37,735

(Including market supplement of £2,140 per annum)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Housing Maintenance & Voids Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our housing stock is well-maintained and that any voids are surveyed and prepared for re-letting in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our housing stock
  • Survey and prepare voids for re-letting, including carrying out any necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure that our housing services are delivered to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service to our residents and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a housing maintenance or voids surveying role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
