We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our Assets team in developing and delivering property-related projects for our housing and Corporate Property portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience of planning, managing, and delivering property and construction projects up to £2M. A degree or HNC/HND level in construction or equivalent is required, as well as the ability to effectively plan, monitor, and manage projects, budgets, risks, business continuity, health and safety, complaints, and FOI's.

The role will involve increasing our capacity to deliver on project work regarding the objectives of the Corporate Strategy delivery plan and supporting the development of the HRA investment plan. There will be a particular emphasis on decarbonisation, but also a focus on the Stock Condition Survey work, Decent Homes Standard, and EPC data.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a hybrid working environment, with up to 60% of their time spent working remotely.
