**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Director in London.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similarly wide-ranging HR management role and excel in talent acquisition with strong organisational, critical thinking, and communication skills.

The salary for this role is £75,000 per annum, which is competitive with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop core HR programs; performance management, compensation planning, team reviews and more
  • Instigate and project-manage people-related initiatives through clear communication, coaching, and strategic planning
  • Ensure the current and prospective employee experience aligns with the company's culture and values
  • Ensure the smooth running of all HR functions including employee relations, administrative tasks, and 3rd-party service providers
  • Offer data-driven recommendations on compensation, structure, and promotions to support business decisions
  • Identify and implement strategies for employee development, retention, and succession planning
  • Organize and deliver targeted training programs to address specific employee development needs
