Job Title: Food NPD Process Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Food NPD Process Technologist to join our team at Jackson Hogg Ltd. As a key member of our R&D function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new food products and processes that meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new food products and processes that meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Conduct sensory analysis and provide recommendations for product development.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
  • Degree/HND in Food Science/Food Technology or related subject.
  • Proven experience in food product development and process implementation.
  • Strong understanding of food safety processes and procedures, including HACCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
