Job Title: Food NPD Process Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Food NPD Process Technologist to join our team at Jackson Hogg Ltd. As a key member of our R&D function, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new food products and processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Conduct sensory analysis and testing to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to production teams to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree/HND in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in food product development and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of food safety processes and procedures, including HACCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including project management tools.
