About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team at Close Brothers Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs.
  • Proposal Processing: Assist with the processing of new proposals, including checks on anti-money laundering, credit searching, and loading and checking assets.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Verify and collate documentation and associated paperwork in a timely manner to ensure customer needs are met and our organization is in full compliance with current legislation and credit approvals.
  • Finance Agreement Management: Load all types of finance agreements to our ALFA system, with a thorough understanding of how each agreement and product works.
  • Customer Support: Provide assistance with customer calls, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Enquiry Management: Receive and respond to customer enquiries by email or telephone, addressing these effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all requests are processed in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and SLAs, and address customer complaints in accordance with policy.
Requirements
  • Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with peers and customers.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive mindset and strong initiative.
  • Numeracy and Analytical Skills: Have strong numeracy skills and analytical ability, with the ability to work with financial data and systems.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Microsoft Products: Have experience with Microsoft products, including [insert specific products].
  • Financial Services Industry: Have previous knowledge and experience of the financial services industry and in similar operational or customer-facing roles.
  • Administrative Experience: Have previous experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of business operations and procedures.
