Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding: Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs.
- Proposal Processing: Assist with the processing of new proposals, including checks on anti-money laundering, credit searching, and loading and checking assets.
- Documentation and Compliance: Verify and collate documentation and associated paperwork in a timely manner to ensure customer needs are met and our organization is in full compliance with current legislation and credit approvals.
- Finance Agreement Management: Load all types of finance agreements to our ALFA system, with a thorough understanding of how each agreement and product works.
- Customer Support: Provide assistance with customer calls, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Enquiry Management: Receive and respond to customer enquiries by email or telephone, addressing these effectively and in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all requests are processed in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and SLAs, and address customer complaints in accordance with policy.
- Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with peers and customers.
- Independence and Teamwork: Be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive mindset and strong initiative.
- Numeracy and Analytical Skills: Have strong numeracy skills and analytical ability, with the ability to work with financial data and systems.
- Microsoft Products: Have experience with Microsoft products, including [insert specific products].
