Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
This is an exciting role for a client on a temporary basis for a Senior Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of the team, you will provide an accurate and timely service to internal and external customers. Your responsibilities include reducing complaints by taking responsibility for resolution at first point of contact, providing a value for money service to customers, and building excellent customer and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work efficiently, both independently and within a team environment
Please note: This is a temporary role for 3 months with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in Sidcup and work a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The salary is £29,568 per annum, paid at £16.25 per hour.
