  • Work in partnership with other organizations to address the diverse needs of service users.

  • Provide guidance and support to young people, empowering them to take control of their lives.



Requirements:





  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience of working with vulnerable children and young people in an Ofsted environment.

  • Enhanced DBS Check and update service.

  • Ability to work shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
