Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Leonardo. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining a stack of business critical applications, ensuring seamless service delivery and enabling users to perform their daily tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor applications and services via a service management tool, reacting to incidents and service requests to agreed SLAs.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues as soon as possible, working through finding the root cause and recommending improvements to avoid future occurrences.
  • Cover holiday support for other team members, ensuring services don't stop and software is supported to meet business expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills, responding to user calls, emails, or face-to-face enquiries, and contributing to the design and implementation of new systems.

Requirements:

  • Empathy with users, patience, and understanding.
  • Investigation and diagnostic skills, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach, ability to work under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in software such as Siemens Team Center, Dassault Catia, IBM DOORs, ADOBE, or Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
