Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Leonardo. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining a stack of business critical applications, ensuring seamless service delivery and enabling users to perform their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor applications and services via a service management tool, reacting to incidents and service requests to agreed SLAs.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues as soon as possible, working through finding the root cause and recommending process changes, improved monitoring, or other necessary actions.
  • Cover holiday support for other team members, ensuring services don't stop and software is supported.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with users, providing excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements:

  • Empathy with users, patience, and understanding.
  • Investigation and diagnostic skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in software such as Siemens Team Center, Dassault Catia, IBM DOORs, ADOBE, or Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
