Job Summary

Leonardo is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business-critical applications, providing top-notch support to our users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of business-critical applications, ensuring seamless services for users across various departments.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging your analytical skills and technical expertise to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvements, implementing changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide holiday support to team members, ensuring continuous service and minimizing downtime.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills, with experience in managing business-critical applications and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Siemens Team Center, Dassault Catia, IBM DOORs, Adobe, or Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
