Job Summary:

Leonardo is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining a stack of business critical applications, ensuring seamless services and enabling users to perform their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor applications and services via a service management tool, reacting to incidents and service requests to agreed SLAs.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues as soon as possible, working through finding the root cause and recommending improvements.
  • Cover holiday support for other team members, ensuring services don't stop and software is supported.
  • Communicate effectively with users, contributing to the design and implementation of new systems.

Requirements:

  • Empathy with users, patience, and understanding.
  • Investigation and diagnostic skills, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach, ability to work under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in software such as Siemens Team Center, Dassault Catia, IBM DOORs, ADOBE, and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
