We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of specialist plant equipment, including drilling rigs and excavators.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with plant equipment and a strong understanding of hydraulic systems. You will be working in a dynamic and friendly team, with opportunities for training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete service, maintenance, and repair on specialist plant equipment within the workshop
- Work on bespoke drilling equipment as well as typical construction plant
- Assist with the new build of prototypes, including some fabrication
- Occasionally travel to client sites to complete further maintenance on plant equipment
Requirements:
- Experience as a plant fitter or maintenance engineer
- Driving license
