Customer Service Engineer – Equipment Maintenance and Repair

Job Description:
Yolk Recruitment is seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to join our client’s team in the Yorkshire/Derbyshire area. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting on-site maintenance, repair, and servicing of equipment/machinery at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site maintenance, repair, and servicing of equipment/machinery at customer locations in Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and calibration.
- Provide comprehensive reports on maintenance activities, including detailed documentation of repairs, parts used, and customer communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product reliability, develop preventive maintenance strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical fault finding.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites within the area as required.
- Valid driver’s license.
