Business Development Manager

Join our team at Uxbridge Employment Agency as a Business Development Manager and take on an exciting new project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business development efforts and driving growth in key areas of the UK.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with high-growth technology companies and corporates, developing strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities. With a focus on client-facing work, you will be responsible for managing a client base, maintaining regular contact, and providing expert advice on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct management of an assigned client base, including key accounts
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients, both face-to-face and via phone and email
  • Becoming a true consultant in your area, offering expert advice on industry trends and developments
  • Visiting customer bases and attending industry events to build relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Managing your pipeline and owning your numbers
Requirements:
  • A confident and consultative sales style
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in media, recruitment, or tech sales
  • Driven and passionate about exceeding set targets
  • Confident and resilient
  • Strong Excel and reporting ability
  • Happy to work the phone on a day-to-day basis
