We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Motor Claims Handler. As a key member of our claims team, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of complex motor claims from cradle to grave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming court documents, engaging with internal teams and external TPAs to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Provide customer-focused support through triaging and managing incoming claim enquiries from brokers and customers.
- Investigate and assess complex claims, validating coverage, liability, and quantum.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and panel lawyers.
- Stay up-to-date on all aspects of the claims proposition and promote best practices within the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work proactively and as part of a team.
- Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
