We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing the entire claims portfolio for a key client, from small losses to complex and high-value losses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the claims process end-to-end, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims
- Handle incoming calls and post related to claims, providing accurate and timely information to clients
- Advise clients on the claims process and ensure they are informed of any issues or complaints
- Monitor new claims to ensure they are handled within service level agreements and manage associated reports and diaries
- Ensure full compliance with internal standards and industry best practices
- Experience as a Motor Claims Handler, dealing with commercial and/or corporate clients
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with excellent communication abilities
- Customer-focused approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
