About the Role

We are seeking passionate and adaptable Associate Trainers to work with us on a Freelance basis.

As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will deliver sector-specific training to organisations, helping them provide the best level of support to the health and social care system.

Our training covers clinical topics in adult and childcare services, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and hospices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training to organisations in the health and social care sector
  • Assess training courses to ensure they meet the required standard
  • Work with our team to develop and deliver training programs
  • Provide expert advice on clinical training and education
Requirements
  • ENB998 and Practice Educator or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the field of Health and Social Care
  • DBS check and relevant insurances in place (can be organised based on success)
  • Training/teaching qualification (Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTTLS, CTTLS, or willingness to undertake training)
  • NMC/HCP pin number to deliver clinical subjects
Desirable Experience
  • Driving licence and use of own vehicle
  • Experience of delivering face-to-face or virtually
  • Own equipment to deliver training (laptop, printer, projector, and learning equipment)
  • 2 years + teaching experience
Education
  • Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience
  • Training: 2 years (preferred)
  • Health and Social Care: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification
  • NMC/HCP Pin Number (essential)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
