Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Mercury Hampton.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the region.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development
- Strong understanding of the mechanical engineering components industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary between £40,000 - £52,000 per annum
- An executive high-spec company car or generous car allowance
- A bonus OTE of £60K plus excellent executive benefits
- The opportunity to work from home with flexibility to travel to client sites as needed
