We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Lead to join our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in North East Essex. As a key member of our team, you will provide operational and clinical leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and adolescents in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational and clinical leadership to the MHST team, ensuring the delivery of services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Line manage clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, working closely with the Operational Manager and Clinical Lead.
- Ensure the team is meeting operational and clinical targets, and follow escalation processes as required.
- Participate in the audit process, linking in with the clinical governance agenda.
- Successful completion of a graduate training (nursing, social work, occupational therapy, clinical psychology) with appropriate registration of a professional body (HCPC, NMC).
- Experience of working with children/young people within mental health provisions.
- Experience in delivering evidence-based interventions (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to children and young people aged 4 – 18 years.
- Experience of providing supervision.
