Senior Quantity Surveyor Position

A leading Civil Engineering Contractor in the UK is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee large infrastructure projects, with occasional travel required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and expertise in NEC option A. This senior role offers a competitive salary of up to £90,000 (dependent on experience) and a range of excellent benefits, including hybrid working options and a car allowance.

About the Role
  • Prepare internal commercial reports and supporting documentation for clients.
  • Develop valuations and applications for payment, along with necessary documentation.
  • Generate Cost Reports for clients, ensuring contractually compliant supporting documentation.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant industry qualification in civil engineering.
  • General civil engineering experience with a focus on large infrastructure projects.
  • Commercially astute knowledge of standard forms of contract and methods of measurement.
