Creating the Future

To support the PERI technical team, we're seeking a skilled Training and Development Expert to design and deliver a comprehensive first-class training and competency management programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company Engineering Strategy and the ability to develop structured, methodised, and evidence-based competency testing programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage UK-specific training programmes with supporting spreadsheets and tools for standard PERI systems and applications.
• Provide training in accordance with UK legislation, practices, and industry practices.
• Create e-learning module options for all training programmes.
