Job Title: Substance Misuse Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at HMP Bronzefield. As a key member of our integrated substance misuse team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver daily treatments and interventions to support service users in their recovery
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each service user
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide education and support to service users and their families
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year post-registration experience
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of substance use disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
